Overview

Draw Anime: AR Tracing App (the “App”) is an iOS drawing and tracing tool. We aim to collect and use only the information needed to operate app features, manage subscriptions, show advertising to eligible users, maintain app reliability, and meet platform requirements.

This policy applies to the App identified by bundle ID com.DrawAnime.ARTracingApp.

Information the App Uses

Depending on the features you use and your device settings, the App may process or allow third-party service providers to process:

• camera input when you use AR tracing features;
• photos or images you choose to import;
• subscription and purchase status associated with your Apple purchase;
• device, app, and diagnostic information needed to operate third-party SDKs;
• advertising-related identifiers or signals when permitted by your iOS privacy settings and consent choices.

Camera and Photos

The App requests camera access so you can use camera-based tracing and AR features. Camera input is used when you choose to activate those features.

The App may also request access to photos so you can select an image from your library and use it as a tracing reference. The App does not need access to unrelated photos beyond what you choose or authorize through iOS.

You can change camera or photo permissions at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings.

Purchases and Subscriptions via Apple and RevenueCat

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes billing and payment information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription products, purchase status, entitlements, restoration of purchases, and access to PRO features. RevenueCat may process transaction-related information, app user identifiers, device/app information, and subscription status as needed to provide these services.

Your subscription status may be cached locally so the App can quickly reflect whether PRO access is active, but active entitlement status is verified through RevenueCat.

Advertising and Google AdMob

Free users may see advertising provided through Google AdMob. AdMob may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction information, and related signals depending on your consent choices, region, and iOS settings.

PRO users are intended to receive an ad-free experience while their active PRO entitlement remains valid.

Google’s own privacy policies govern how Google processes information through AdMob.

App Tracking Transparency

Where required, the App uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device advertising identifier for tracking-related purposes.

You can allow or deny tracking when prompted, and you can later change that choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking does not prevent you from using the core drawing features of the App.

Network Content and Diagnostics

The App may connect to remote services to load app content, retrieve subscription information, obtain advertising configuration, and support normal app operation. These requests can involve standard technical information such as IP address, app version, device type, and request diagnostics.

We may use technical logs or diagnostics to investigate crashes, errors, failed purchases, or service availability issues.

Data Retention and Security

Information handled directly by the App is retained only as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, subscription state, troubleshooting, or legal obligations. Third-party providers may apply their own retention schedules under their privacy policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet-connected service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the situation.

Your Choices and Controls

• Manage camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings.
• Manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• Use Restore Purchases in the App to request restoration of eligible purchases.
• Contact us with privacy questions using the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
