Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Draw Anime: AR Tracing App (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

App Purpose

The App provides drawing and tracing tools, including camera-based AR tracing, template-based references, image import, and optional PRO features. The App is intended as a creative aid and does not guarantee any particular artistic, educational, or commercial result.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App and to enter into purchases through your Apple account. If you use the App on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for supervising that use and any purchases made through the associated Apple account.

Subscriptions and Billing

PRO access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store. Available plans, durations, prices, and any introductory offers are shown in the App and in Apple’s purchase confirmation interface.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Apple processes the payment transaction. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card information.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated by Apple, an auto-renewable subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Prices may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with Apple’s policies. Apple will present the applicable price and any required notices before purchase.

Restore Purchases

The App provides a Restore Purchases option for eligible App Store purchases. Restoring access depends on Apple and RevenueCat being able to verify an active or restorable entitlement associated with your Apple account.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies and procedures. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its services except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App to violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass subscription, entitlement, advertising, or access-control mechanisms;
• upload, import, or use content you do not have the right to use.

User Content and Imported Images

You are responsible for images or other content you choose to import into the App. You represent that you have the rights or permission necessary to use that content for your intended purpose.

Using an image as a tracing reference does not transfer ownership of that image or create any license to third-party copyrighted material.

Intellectual Property

The App, its software, interface, branding, original artwork, original templates, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you to use the App, all rights remain reserved by their respective owners.

Third-party names, characters, marks, or content that may be referenced in user-imported material remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple services for payments and subscriptions, RevenueCat for entitlement and purchase management, and Google AdMob for advertising to eligible users. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the App when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product improvements, legal compliance, or service availability. We do not guarantee that every feature or remote service will always be available.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access to the App where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these Terms. Ending use of the App does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App beyond obligations Apple may have under its own terms or applicable law.

Where Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies, it supplements these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the App, subscription model, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
